PERSONALITY Zee thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and seeing new landscapes, so her choice to be an explorer came naturally and automatically. She does not typically follow social norms and can often come across as too friendly at times or distant and rude at others. Sometimes Zee gets lost in her own thoughts and will unintentionally ignore people that are speaking to her or will 'zone out' in the middle of a conversation if a particular subject strikes her as interesting. She does not typically care what others think or say about her and has been known to 'mess with' people who talk about her by exaggerating the things she does that they think is weird. At times Zee is known to have 'no filter' on her mouth and will say exactly what is on her mind, whether that means calling someone out on their shit or just saying something totally off the wall depends on the situation at hand. She is honest to the point where crafting a believable lie is difficult for her and in the off-chance that she does lie it is easy to tell because she cannot make eye contact and fiddles with her hands. She also is very true to herself and does not care what anyone else thinks or says about her.
HISTORY Zephira doesn't really like to talk about her past and, instead, focuses on the here and now. What she's been willing to divulge is that her parents died on earth and she bounced from family member to family member and never had what could be considered a real home. Her days were mostly routine, she'd get up, go to school, go to work, then go home and do the same thing again the next day. While she lived with family members she saved all the money she made and hid it away to use it at a later time.
At the age of 17 she ran away from her aunt and uncle, who she was living with at the time, with nothing more than the clothes on her back. She worked odd jobs to pay for crappy motels (even though she could afford better) and fast food meals. What she didn't spend she saved to buy the things she really wanted and thought that she needed. Being a believer in 'dooms-day' she bought two guns and stocked up on ammo.
Somehow, she's still not sure how, she ended up evacuating Earth and heading to PE and has been able to explore a small portion of the planet.
